1. Where can I check my order details?
Once you place an order, you’ll instantly receive a confirmation on your registered email and WhatsApp with all the details.
You can also log in to your Pehraavaa account on our website and head over to “My Orders” to view your order history.


2. Can I change my address after placing the order?
Yes! You can update your delivery address before the order has been shipped. Once it leaves our warehouse, changes aren’t possible.

  • For international orders → customers are responsible for additional shipping charges if the address changes.

  • If you switch from international to India → we’ll refund the difference as Store Credit.

3. The print looks slightly irregular. Why?
That’s the beauty of Pehraavaa! 🌸
Our kurtis are crafted in small batches by artisans, not churned out by machines. Slight irregularities in print or weave aren’t defects—they’re what make your piece unique and one-of-a-kind.


4. The colour looks different from the pictures. Why?
We try our best to capture our kurtis in natural light for accuracy. But sometimes, different lighting, cameras, and screens can cause slight variations.
Also, since each batch is artisan-made, there may be minor shade differences—which only add to its charm.


5. Where are my tracking details?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll get an SMS / Email / WhatsApp update with your tracking link.
(Quick tip: check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox 👀).


6. Do you offer reverse pickup for returns?
Yes, we provide reverse pickup for eligible returns within India.
For a few pin codes where reverse pickup isn’t available, we may request you to ship the product back, and we’ll issue you a full Store Credit.
For international orders, return shipping is not covered.


7. Do you have Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! COD is available across India on all eligible orders. (Because we know sometimes, trust comes after the first kurti 😉).


8. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Within India: 5–7 working days

  • International: 10–15 working days
    (Sometimes sooner, depending on your pin code!)


9. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t been shipped yet. Once they’re out for delivery, cancellation isn’t possible.
