Welcome to Pehraavaa! We value your trust in our brand and want to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
At Pehraavaa, we do not offer cash refunds. Returns are accepted only under specific circumstances:

Manufacturing defects: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Once your return request is approved, you will need to send the item back to us at your own expense. After inspection, we will issue store credit or a replacement.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges under these conditions:

Manufacturing defects: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

For any approved exchange, a ₹150 shipping charge will apply.
Return Process

Initiate a Return: Email us at support@pehraavaa.com with your order details, photographs of the defect, and reason for return.

Ship the Item: Once approved, we will share the return address. You must send the product at your own expense.

Receive Store Credit or Replacement: After inspection, you will receive store credit to your registered account/email, or a replacement item will be sent.
Important Notes

We do not cover return shipping costs.

Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Please retain proof of shipping until your return is processed.
