Pehraavaa – Return & Exchange Policy

Welcome to Pehraavaa! We value your trust in our brand and want to ensure you have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

At Pehraavaa, we do not offer cash refunds. Returns are accepted only under specific circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will need to send the item back to us at your own expense. After inspection, we will issue store credit or a replacement.


Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges under these conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • For any approved exchange, a ₹150 shipping charge will apply.


Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at support@pehraavaa.com with your order details, photographs of the defect, and reason for return.

  2. Ship the Item: Once approved, we will share the return address. You must send the product at your own expense.

  3. Receive Store Credit or Replacement: After inspection, you will receive store credit to your registered account/email, or a replacement item will be sent.


Important Notes

  • We do not cover return shipping costs.

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.

  • No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Please retain proof of shipping until your return is processed.
